This place is absolutely terrible. The manager, a flesh colored Fiona from Shrek look-a-like, spoke in a demeaning rude tone to every customer that walked in while I waited for my clothes. They had misplaced a hoodie that I dropped off to be cleaned; no worries, these things happen. My problem occurred with the way they spoke to me. Rather than be apologetic, they told me I must had already picked it up. I very calmly explained that I am not retarded and that I have a vivid memory that spans longer than 3 days. After 30 minutes of arguing with Fiona, the "owner" calmly explained the situation that most likely my jacket was placed with someone else's order and it would be return once the person returned the misplaced article. Several weeks later my jacket was returned. Thinking this was a fluke, I foolishly returned to drop off several dress shirts to be cleaned. Call it stupidity or my need to save 16 cents on dry cleaning but I apparently did not learn my lesson. Once again Fiona was berating clients dropping off their clothes. When I return to pick up my shirts I noticed that one of them appeared to have a bleach stain on the pocket. This shirt was cleverly placed in between the others in hopes that I wouldn't noticed. Once I brought the stain to their attention I was once again barraged with a rude unapologetic tone. They claimed the stain was there when I dropped it off. To reiterate my earlier claim, this place is absolutely terrible. I write this as a warning to all consumers in search of a good deal: there is a big difference between cost and worth. While this place is cheap, you get exactly what you pay for: terrible service and lost or ruined clothes. The other "5-star" ratings on hear are curious. I am beginning to think they have been rating themselves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
