Honestly the worst customer service I've ever had. I have never been treated so poorly by someone that I was trying to patronize. Jenn was rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. The supervisor for a previous night told my mother that she could book a reservation for 12:30am, even though my brother-in-law (the person renting the car) would not be arriving until 1:45am, and that he would put a note in the system and someone would wait for him. They were going to close and let him sit there until 5:30am when they reopened. Jenn also thinks its okay to talk about her customers poorly while they stand on the other side of the counter.
I will never rent from Budget, and I am not surprised at all that they only have 1 star for their reviews.
