  • Best Kept Secret in The Valley!! I have been searching for a good pediatrician for 3 years since I had my son. I wasn't asking for too much I don't think, but I ended up going to quite a few pediatricians. What I saw a lot of: 1) The doctor rushing in like they only had 2 seconds to see me and then not really listening to me at all and rushing back out 2) A front desk that wasn't friendly - at all 3) Crappy advice- like, give my son only Kool-Aid and water to drink and he may grow taller! Or how about the one who covered her ears when my newborn was crying and said she wouldn't talk to me until he stopped - really? 4) If I did have a question or want to float a theory I had heard about, especially about vaccinations, they weren't open to it or worse made me feel like I was taking up too much of their precious time My husband was ready to kill me if I switched again, but I knew there had to be a doctor and office out there that treated me and my son with respect and listened to me and was open to what I was thinking, one that was clean and friendly and with a doc that seemed smart and had a great demeanor with kids. I found it all in All-Star Pediatrics and Dr Mousser. Holy Cow! Where do I start? The office is new and very nice and clean and kid friendly. Bailey at the front desk is super sweet and all the nurses are very nice as well. Dr Mousser is just flat out awesome. He takes more time with me than any other doctor I've ever had for my son or myself, yet he still manages to run on time. He listens to what I say and is more than willing to work with me, but he's also very knowledgeable and I trust his advice. His bedside manner is fantastic. My son was a super shy toddler and was treated fairly "clinically" by his previous doctors, so he didn't like going and was very nervous the whole time. Dr Mousser has such a great way with kids that he was able to put my son at ease and now trips to the doctor are no problem and my son even looks forward to seeing him! He's just one of those genuine people that are so nice and he really does love children and it shows. He also has a new partner in the practice, Dr Milius, who I've just seen for the first time last week and he's also very very nice and I'd be happy to see him as well.
