  • This was my first time at South Point and I happily tried a few of their restaurants! The Big Sur Oyster Bar was Awesome!! I had a cup of New England Clam Chowder that was absolutely fantastic (I'm picky about my chowder!!) for only $5.00! For my dinner I had the Fish Sliders for $16 that were very tasty, the tarter sauce is some of the best Ive had, I had to order extra as I like a "wetter" fish sandwich. The portions were good and I was stuffed. Elisabeth was my waitress and she was great, I felt bad though as there were 2 Floridian ladies next to me and the one had ordered the shrimp scampi from the menu and then kept insisting it wasn't what she wanted, think they brought it out about 3 times, it looked delicious to me! Elizabeth handled it well and had the chef come over and then Patricia the manager came over too until the lady was satisfied, i was myself mystified, you order the same menu item 3 times and its not what you want?? was impressed with the service and the food. I will be back next year and will be eating here again and again!
