  • Really wish I checked the reviews of this dealership and its service department before coming here. I took my 2017 Prius Prime in for my 10k miles maintenance. Was told it would be a full point inspection, tire rotation, and all fluids topped off. On top of that, they'd wash my car. I mention very specifically that my wiper fluid is out and made sure that it was included in the "all fluids topped off". David confirmed that it was, in fact, included. Sweet, that sounds great because it's the kind of quality I received and expect in California. I asked for the time it would take and the service guy told me they were currently behind. Estimated that it would take a two to two and a half hours. Two hours later, I get a call telling me my car is ready. Their car "wash" is more like a bucket of water was thrown on the car. Will need to take the car to a proper car wash if I expect anything resembling a car wash. I got into the car and drove home. It was until I was nearly home that it dawned on me to check the quality of the inspection. Immediately, to my dismay, there was no wiper fluid added to my car. As soon as I parked, I checked the service sheet to see if they had missed it or something. Nope, they checked it as "Checks O.K.". So not only did they blindly fill out this form, they failed to actually top off the wiper fluid. This makes me really wonder if they even performed any of this maintenance correctly. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone because I am uneasy driving my own vehicle now.
