  • The apartments and layouts are great. But living here has not been worth what I've had to go through with the management. The assistant manager David is absolutely rude and belittles everything. The actual manager is the same. The amenities aren't great, the gym is tidy but not clean and the pool is the same. The maintenance team cannot get anything done in a timely manner. I've had them enter my apartment to fix things and they made a mess that was not cleaned up and did not leave a note that they entered my apartment which is a breech of privacy. They do random inspections and request to enter your apartment and rifle through every room and cupboard which is not necessary for checking smoke detectors or leaks under sinks. They hardly answer the telephone even during regular business hours. Overall the apartments are nice but it's really not worth all the extra fees the money hungry management team tries to pry out of residents. It's often loud and cars race through the complex. It's a gated community but the gates NEVER work and are ALWAYS left open because of this. The apartments are overpriced and they do anything to get more money out of you. They're nice to get you to tour the property and sign a lease and then you have to spoon feed them to do their jobs (like maintenance issues for example). Not worth the hassle!!!!!!!
