  • When: June 19th to June 25th - Mid-Size Vehicle. As an Emerald Club member check-in and check-out was a breeze. Despite being our first time at the Pittsburgh airport, directional signage from the airport and rental car companies were clear & concise. We walked to the Emerald Club aisle from baggage claim, choose our vehicle, loaded our vehicle and we were headed to the exit gate. Service agent was very friendly, efficient and did his due dilligence of cross-selling. In a matter of minutes we were on the road. Returning the vehcile was just as efficient. Despite being 5:15 am in the morning, Service agent greated us cheerfully, completed his standard checks in a professional manner, printed out our receipt and we were off to the Airport check-in counter. It can't get any easier than this to rent a car...
