  • I usually shop at the warm springs location but I was over on this side of town with my wife and thought we would stop by. We were shopping for a new dishwasher we were never approached by anyone even though we saw two young ladies sitting down at the desk. My wife walked up and asked a young lady named Nia for help she rolled her eyes and walked over and said witch one you want. The other young lady did not offer to help at all. Terrible customer service from that whole department. A nice man named Marshall offered to help and seemed very pleasant but we were no longer looking to buy at that point. We went down too doors and were greeted by a very nice young man Max he smiled and asked what he could do for us. He showed us some doors went over options showed us catalogs he was amazing. Max really saved the day. I went and had some wood cut the young man whos name I didn't catch was very nice and even asked if we needed help loading our things. The young lady that checked us out was very sweet as well. Overall it's was a nice store very clean and organized I would definitely come back and shop just would avoid the appliance department next time cause they just don't care.
