Ordered lunch delivery. They falsely advertise their pricing for delivery on their website. And when this was pointed out, the driver laughed and said "it's company policy" and then when I called, the lady on the end of the phone also didn't seem to care and said "well, the price changed." I advised that their website still showed 1.49 for the delivery fee, I was charged $2 and she said "It's only 50 cents." .Yes, it is only 50 cents. So why not just suck it up for customer service and charge me the price advertised? It's the principle of it. On top of it, I was charged a $1 card service fee which of course wasn't mentioned when she asked "cash or card?" and I told her card. No resolution. No customer service. The food was actually pretty good. Too bad their customer service didn't match.
