  • This is the most unprofessional and discourteous management company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. As soon as your lease is signed they DO NOT care about you as a renter. Maintenance takes days. I've had to replace the refrigerator twice and throw away spoiled food, which they refused to reimburse me for. The handle broke off the the third refrigerator and they said it was my responsibility to replace it. One of the buttons on the dryer snapped off and they replaced it with a random button the maintenance man had in his truck. They are rude and inconsistent. They will blow your phone up if a light bulb is out in the front yard or you have a single weed but if you need assistance they avoid you. When you do get a hold of them which is near impossible they treat you as a problem instead of a valued renter. They are the absolute worst and I will never rent from them again and encourage others to avoid this train wreck of a so called "company".
