  • Customer Service is non existent, under staffed and have no regard if you purchase from them at all. Please don't ask anyone for help, you'll disturb the staff pow wow. Contacted Corporate and was transferred to a gentlemen who also NOT helpful. I pretty much begged you to take my money and could not even get a washer and dryer at that point. Finally contacted by the Miles Rd. location, told me my only option was twice what I wanted to spent advised them I would no longer be doing business with this company. Exhausted and still have dirty clothes. Thanks for the run around lowes.
