  • I needed an oil change and (very conveniently) received a coupon in the mail for a FREE oil change at Christian Bros. in Avon, so I thought I would check it out. Kevin helped me on the phone and in person - he is super friendly and helpful! 5 stars for comfortable, stylish and clean waiting area. Free wifi, comfy couches, comp beverages and even mini cupcakes! There is a large, clean, handicap/family restroom. (I pay extra attention to these things b/c of my aging parents, and will def recommend CB for that reason, among others!) I was really grateful that they didn't push me on unwanted services. It may seem counter-intuitive, but I will actually return to them for future services b/c they DIDN'T try to upsell me. They literally did the free oil change and gave me my keys back. I REALLY like that style of service. That goes a long way with me. Great experience today with Christian Brothers Automotive. Highly recommend!
