  • Communication to reserve/confirm a vehicle was fine and prompt...BUT my reservation noted the 'Service Type" as " DENALI/ESCALADE" (and I did request an SUV)....what ended up showing up was a Mercedes passenger van. I was not impressed and not the 'service type' I was expecting. Secondly, it was quite a warm day and the driver had an B.O. issue. I'll coordinate an Uber next time.
