I'm relieved that others here agree about the horrible customer service that goes down at this location.
To the cashier today who greeted me by repeatedly insisting that I had cut into the line I'd been waiting in and am a liar about it, don't be surprised when your racial profiling surprises and upsets a customer enough to cause them to put their items on the counter faster than they normally would (because they suddenly want to get out of there as fast as they can) -- which by the way is not considered "throwing" and "weird". The more I reflect on the situation I was put through, the more disgusted I am and regretful that I didn't return more attitude in exchange for this particular employee's blatant bigotry. As someone said earlier, the customers are just hard-working people whose money keep you employed. As such I'm returning all of my purchases tomorrow, explaining exactly why, and never buying any products from H&M again. :) You can thank the cashier who was working 7:30pm, ground floor, second register from the left.
