  • I had an appointment on the 23rd of April and the front desk staff is absolutely friendly and knowledgeable. I ran a half marathon last month and my calves and thighs weren't fully healed yet. My appointment was with Ron (I think that's his name) and he is an absolute professional. I left the place pain free and am now back to my regular running schedule without any issues. I will definitely be back and if you're thinking of setting up an appointment, you won't be sorry, but ask for Ron. Thanks Massage Envy! This is an update to my previous review and I'm a little disappointed with the customer service I've received. Unfortunately, due to some circumstances, I had to cancel my appointment for tomorrow so out of courtesy, I call to do just that. Allison picked up the phone, I stated the purpose of my call and after an uncomfortable and awkward pause, she said "Ed, is that all you're calling about?!" I said yes and thank you and she was extremely nonchalant and immediately hung up the phone on me. Customer service 101: as a former happy customer of your office, it would probably help if you could take the initiative and asking if you could propose a new date for an appointment rather than assume that's the only reason why we as your customers are calling. I will happily take my business and hard earned money elsewhere and now I can see why others have left a negative review. ***UPDATE*** It's a new year and sometimes a place deserves a second opportunity and I am glad I decided to give them another chance. From the moment I arrived, Nicole at the front desk was prompt, checked me in, gave me a glass of water and ensured that I had a smooth experience. I went with the same massage therapist I had the last time and Roy was an absolute professional! He is an Army veteran and it's always good to exchange military stories. I came out stress free and Nicole once again asked how my service was. I was impressed with their professionalism and none pressuring approach that I ended up buying a three month membership which I was happy to get. I have my next appointment in a month and can't wait to return. Thank you Nicole and Roy for making this a great experience!
