  • I go to this location a couple times a week and usually have a great experience. This morning however, the service was far beyond terrible. I ordered a med coffee and a flatbread sandwich with no cheese. When I got to the window the girl had her back to me and was talking trash about the previous customer in the drive thru. When she finally turned around she tried to hand me a large coffee. I told her that I ordered a med and she proceeded to tell me that they are out of lids so "I was going to get a large today". I asked for a small instead and she rolled her eyes then said it's the same lid so I am getting a large today. She then proceeded to hand me a box, (my sandwich usually comes in a bag) so I told her that I didn't think that was mine. Again rolling her eyes with a ridiculous attitude she tells me it IS my sandwich and they are out of bags. Worst experience ever! I can understand being out of things but just let me know and don't give me attitude about it. And to top off this experience the lid wasn't on the coffee all the way and it spilled down the front of me and of course my sandwich wasn't even the one that I ordered. I will not be back to this location, not worth it.
