  • In August when the temperature was about 112, our air conditioner stopped putting out cold air. We called Ace because they are the ones who installed our a/c units back in 2011. They sent their technician Freddy out. We were very impressed by the promptness of Freddy's arrival. Freddy called to let us know exactly when he'd be arriving and when he arrived, we were very impressed by his knowledge and skill. We were also impressed by the price for the repair Freddy performed. We noticed after the work was performed on the a/c unit, that part of our house wasn't cooling down as well as it was before the work was performed. We called Ace and they again sent Freddy out who accessed the situation and promptly remedied it. We are very, very impressed with Ace and specifically with Freddy. We would HIGHLY recommend Ace and would always request Freddy!
