rev:text	I have been trying to get to this location for the longest time ever because I wanted to fix my Louboutin Pigalle so I went there on a Friday and was attended by a very enthusiastic lady who explained to me that they were able to add a red rubber sole to my expensive shoes and that they could change the heel tip so it's non slippery. I also asked if they could paint a small portion of the inside of the heel were the red paint had come off. She told me I could pick them up on the following Tuesday. I was sooo happy to have them back so early. I went there to pick up my lovely timeless piece of Loubs to find the heel tip being to big for the heel ( Basically sitting as a platform) the paint was applied everywhere on the bottom of the shoes in a very uneven pattern with bumps. Very sloppy workmanship... To top it all off the rubber was not fully glued on the side and the concrete cement was left on my beautiful patent shoes... This experience has left me in tear ...
