  • I've been a plot owner since last year and am impressed with the friendly staff and helpful volunteers. I co-own with a couple of friends. We paid $500 for the year and try to get out to our plot every Thursday. We've grown basil, cilantro, snow peas, carrots to name a few. We have been unsuccessful with other plants, but keep on forging ahead! They take care of the irrigation, we plant and give it love. It's been great cultivating, learning and just getting outside! They have programs and classes - today I signed up for their Veggie Bag program. A bag of produce for 4 weeks ($80). Since I work on Saturdays, I arranged to pick up my bag on Thursdays instead. Betty has been helping us from our start and is a great resource! It's a great feeling to support a local community farm - I highly encourage others to visit!
