  • Have just had my little Yorkie under 6 months. She is almost 1 yr old. I brought her in to be groomed the first time the hair had long pieces that were missed. Also her nails were hardly cut and they cleaned her ears but there was black gunk in them. I didn't know a Yorkie should have their ear hairs plucked and they sure don't ask you. So that visit was so-so. Now 4 months later I made sure I scheduled with someone else. Oh boy!!!! The body wasn't horribly bad, but she messed my little gals face up. Clipper gouge lines on the sides of her snout. Her head was just cut horrible and choppy. Ears again had black gunk in them. She did do a good job plucking ear hairs. Now my Yorkies Xmas pictures are going to look terrible. They are very nice, but that doesn't mean they are good. Won't be back - they need to charge way less for inexperienced groomers. So disappointed. There is a big difference in price between going to Great Clip and Tony & Guy to get your hair cut. There should be for groomers as well. Not happy!
