  • Copper Square Kitchen was toward the top of our list for catering options at our wedding a few weeks ago. We went with another company simply due to cost but Darcy, our contact, was so friendly and helpful and we really appreciated her time. During the wedding planning process, we hit a roadblock when the Hilton Garden Inn backtracked on our room block agreement (see my other review). We were scrambling to come up with an alternative for our guests and reached out to Darcy to point us in the right direction. She replied while she was out of town, on a Saturday, and directed us to the Sales Manager in charge of booking room blocks, Erin. Erin was also very responsive and worked quickly to get a new block set up for us. They even customized the booking website with our photo and sent us automatic, WEEKLY updates re: who'd booked under block. (We had to track down our booking updates at the Hilton). Bottom line: if their team stepping in at the ninth hour is any indication to how they run their business, these guys are definitely solid.
