  • Everything about this hotel and casino is great except for the reservation and check in process. Ok, since my last review, i have stayed at this hotel 9 times. I end up in Vegas a lot for both work and fun. I want to make something clear to people booking this hotel. When you make a reservation, specifically for a suite, you are not guarranteed the room type you booked. And if you booked a suite on a busy weekend, forget about getting that room unless you are some fancy high roller! Labor day weekend i was supposed to have an executive suite room with 2 queen beds and a connecting grand king room. Plenty of room for 5 people! Instead, i ended up with a regular room with 2 queen beds. Yes, that is right, 1 room only! The hotel also doesn't use "rollaway" beds anymore. Upon checkin when i found out about all this, it was too late to book at another hotel. Also, the front desk staff checking me in was rude about it. The front desk woman,( who's name i referenced in a letter to the executive office this week) told me that it wasn't her problem that i had 5 people to fit into 2 queen size beds. I like everything about this hotel except for that policy. I would love to have a catered event over the holidays in one of their suites, but i'm afraid that if i plan something, then go to check in, i won't get the room i requested.(Why wouldn't i be hesitant? The last 5 stays i haven't received the room type that i requested.) I have expressed my concerns many times, sent emails to executive offices, talked to Mlife representatives, etc. No one ever calls me back. Summary: You aren't guarranteed your specific room that you booked. It doesn't matter when you booked it. The early check in fee doesn't guarrantee that you will get your specific room either! The hotel overbooks all of the rooms and suites. It is first come, first serve, checkin for the rooms. Unless of course you are a high roller, then you get whatever you want. ( I'm just a gold mlife member that is supposed to get complimentary room upgrades-what a joke-never happens!) My entire weekend was ruined because i was given a room that didn't accommodate our needs.
