  • Scheduled an appointment on Thursday for my mom's bday this morning (Saturday) and got there, and it was set up for next week. When I called on Thursday, I asked, "do you have any availability on Saturday?" If she was giving me availability for a future Saturday, beyond the approaching Saturday, she should have mentioned the date. She said, "I have an opening at 10:30am on Saturday." So I snagged it. Very disappointed. Thankfully I was able to find a place with availability so she could still get her massage.
