I wanted to like it. I had the eggplant reuben. It needed a bolder sauerkraut to offset the richness of the eggplant and there was very little sauce and no cheese. The french fries were soggy. The food was not the real problem though. The real problem was the noise level. I taught high school, so I have a high tolerance for noise, but this place was noisier than a cafeteria filled with teenagers. Everyone was shouting. The only way you could have a conversation was to shout too, which isn't fun. Our bill for two sandwiches and ice tea was $31. Not cheap. When we left, I did tell the hostess that the food wasn't bad, but it was way too noisy and I wouldn't be back. Cleveland Hts. has too many good restaurants where, for the same price, you can have a nice lunch and hear yourself think.
