  • I am extremely appreciative for the resolution that has come out of Switch and it's owner. He immediately responded to my post and problem and gave a quick resolution to the situation as well as explaining his no tolerance policies with his staff - I believe in what he says due to the quick response. I am hoping that this was just a miscommunication and an accident as he also assured me that this doesn't happen in his restaurant. I will say that I have enjoyed Switch for 4 years with its food being consistent and their Sangria - some of the best. I am hopeful to return and put this in the past. Thanks again Tom.
