  • I guess two stars says "Meh. I've experienced better." and that's exactly how I feel about this place. Pros: familiar chain restaurant that can be back-up plan in a new town, large food portions, descent happy hour, consistent service, good place for gift cards? Cons: food is bland, definitely inconsistent the 3 times I have been there! I remember the first time we went there was the first month they had opened and for some reason, I recalled the food being amazing! I was excited for a new great italian restaurant, however, the next time I visited the quality of food had gone down dramatically! I went there again, for a birthday, hoping that the food would be as good as the first time and I was definitely disappointed! I also tried the Brio in Tucson, Cleveland, Colorado, and I think it's a better place than cheesecake factory, but not as good a maggiano's.... butt if you are in a new town for a meeting, you can trust that you will get mediocre food from a reputable place.
