  • The woman checking in members was extremely rude! The greeting was cold, not inviting and was absolutely condescending. I travel across Canada and the US, frequenting many lounges, and this the most terrible experience! I didn't not bother to stay after this greeting. I should have caught her name, to post it here. I will never visit again.
