  • Very slow service. Older women in front of me were using the pack and ship service which was slow and not very efficient. Items were put in a large box and then they were charged for a second box box that was mainly just clothes. It would have easily fit into the first box and would have actually worked as packing material and I expect that it would have saved them $25 or more.
