I came for see the facility for myself and left with an overall bad gut feeling. I was turned off by the girl upfront who was defensive and lacked details on pricing, the business, services, and care of dogs in their custody (i.e. Read the pamphlet for yourself). I did a brief tour and the facility with a young guy who seemed to care about the welfare of the dogs and explained how the facility works with cleaning, feeding, and playtime. Overall the facility looked basic and can probably do the job but the place was emotionally dead and clearly lacked any investment to make the place look clean, modern and welcoming. I stopped by one evening after hours and heard dogs barking non stop and felt bad for the dogs who were just left with no one to care for them. I wondered then and still I wonder after my visit how well the facility is run which is only compounded by how the owners are responding to Yelp reviews. The behavior I observe on the reviews is blame for negative reviews and ungrateful for the positive ones. I hope I'm wrong because it would be awesome to have a local dog kennel I could take my babies too that I feel comfortable and peaceful leaving them for the day or overnight.
