I was referred to Biseagal by other mechanics. I had a spectacular bike disaster on a roadbike I love when my rear derailleur fell off, the frame where the derailleur is attached was bent (enough so it would interfere with the back wheel turning), the wheel was a little twisted, and derailleur broken. Malcolm fixed all the broken parts. Instead of making me spend over $400 for new parts and installation, he fixed the derailleur and meanwhile I found out why anyone who knows bikes holds him in such high regard. He is a master craftsman, and few people would have had the skill or the taken the time to fix my bike, and been as fair about pricing.
