We went there last night to see Jennifer Nettles. Great show. We sat in Row M, which is only about 7 rows from the back BUT that is fine. The theater is small enough where there isn't a bad seat, well maybe the last two rows. But listen, I'd go again and again and I'd always want to sit on the higher rows. The first are on the floor and not only do you have to walk down a lot of steps to get to them (which means you have to walk back up the stairs to leave - AND wait for all the people in the higher rows to clog the aisles before you) but the lower / closer seats are all FOLDING CHAIRS! The seats we sat in are permanent, comfortable, well padded chairs. Although they are long rows so if you are in the middle you are screwed if you have to use the restroom. They sell drinks inside the theater: beer $7 and well drinks start at $10.
