  • My experience with Colleens: After paying $125.00 for these guys to pick up my Herman Miller desk (2) worth well over $1000.00 (used) I thought I was in good hands and eventually the merchandise would be sold. I was prepared to take a loss. A few months goes by and I decided to call them and check the status. After bouncing around from store to store I was told (lie) that they donated my $4,500 (purchase new) Herman Miller Executive desk. Wow..no one ever called me or anything. This company is lacking business ettiquette and consumer courtesy. Beware, your furniture will disappear without any notice. I feel like I have been ripped off!!
