I've been on the RM3 program for 10 days now and I've lost 10 pounds. The diet is fairly easy to stick to although I felt very crappy for the first 5 days with no energy, my body is now getting used to it. I couldn't be happier and I can't wait to lose another 10 pounds. My goal weight is 120 and I'm a third of the way there. Thank you for making this possible red mountain and giving me the motivation to keep going.
