| - The doc was cool. The wait (I've been 3 times, but never again) is at minimum 30 minutes, with an appointment. The worst is the reception staff, my most recent experience she straight up lied to me, continually, until she realized I knew what I was talking about and backtracked. Insurance related, they will try to up sell you to whatever else they want so you HAVE to pay something beyond what insurance covers. And then they'll lie about doing it, to your face. They must work on commission because I don't see any other reason for the lying to up sell "special lenses". Oh and then once they "let" you just do basic lenses, they'll try to make you feel stupid for doing it. I.E., "well okay but then you can't go outside because they don't have UV protection". Umm so those of us who don't need glasses at all, just can't go outside?? Terrible service. I have an office of 250 staff members a mile from the location, I sent an email out to all to avoid going there.
