  • We have tried a couple of doctors in Las Vegas with very negative experiences. i.e. not caring about what is right for you as a patient, listening to you as a patient etc. When we initiated a call to the Huntridge Family Clinic, an appointment was made immediately in their new offices. My wife [we are a lesbian couple] and I were so impressed with the professionalism of Dr. Phoenix and his staff. They are so caring and care very deeply and passionately about you as a patient. Don't let the staff of three fool you. They can achieve more for you than most primary doctors. This office is very, very LGBT&Q friendly and supportive. They serve patients of all equality, regardless of race, religion, gender identity, gender sexuality. You are one and get the same respect and time that pertains to you as everyone does. We had our prescriptions ready the next day, and for prior approvals for some meds, they were already working on them. Our referrals to the other doctors were done and we had all of our appointments completed the next day. What we felt was a relaxed atmosphere, open and unique. My wife was able to get an earlier appointment based on a cancellation, and even though my appointment was two hours later, we waited. However due to unforeseen emergency, that time extended. We waited instead of rescheduling, due to the time Dr. Phoenix spent with my wife. The wait was worth every minute. I was having asthma bad and little nauseous and the staff provide me with some drink and an energy bar. You will not see that at most doctor places if any. Dr. Phoenix will spend the time he needs with each patient. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. His staff is very knowledgeable as well, but very personable and patient friendly. NO ONE JUDGES HERE FOR ANY REASON!! YOU ARE TREATED WITH SO MUCH RESPECT!!! We highly recommend The Huntridge Family Clinic for your primary needs, especially if you are part of the LGBT&Q community and without any fear of any type of discrimination. Thank you Dr, Phoenix and your staff for your professionalism, genuine care that provide not only to me and my wife, but all of your patients, the trust we have in you regarding our health needs and your genuine respect.
