I had my car washed here last Monday. They did a fairly good job, not great, but when I got home I saw that they had over-extended the baby sun shade in the back seat, ruining it. The guy never even said anything about it. I regret giving him a $4 tip, and will pay closer attention next time. In addition, I tried to call the store, but was automatically transferred to customer service. They told me I'd have to file a claim with the individual store, which would mean driving another 8 miles to and from, since they don't answer their phone. Yes, this might seem petty, but I'm sick of getting screwed. I shouldn't have to buy another sun shade or spend my time driving back and forth because of some kid's negligence. He should have told me and made it right when I was there. Won't be back to that store.
