  • Review is only for grooming. Brought my dog in for a hair cut a couple times and won't be coming back. The first time, the haircut wasn't exactly what we asked for so we thought we'd be way more specific the second time. With more direction, the haircut was even shorter (not what we asked). Honestly, the haircut was not my problem with the grooming. They clipped his nails (that we're already short) and cut a couple of them so they were bleeding. I understand things happen but they never told us, and he was still bleeding when he brought him home. Additionally, we realized they have clipped off a bump/pimple on his face and never told us either. The assistant manager returned my call (I was told the manager would call but never did). They did apologize and offer us a free groom but I think that our second groom should have been the free one, not one we may not be coming back for. They came highly recommended to us by our neighbourhood, but I don't think we will be returning.
