  • This place has the capacity to do well and a good business model. However, I just had to drop a class because of their slow service. I paid for the print and digital copies of a test book and expected to be able to access at least the digital textbook within a day. I placed the order Sunday, so maybe get it Monday, that is reasonable. However, despite their guarantee stating "(your book is going) to be ready next business day by 4pm or 12pm on Saturdays", it took them three days to email me that, so hopefully I can pick up my now useless book tomorrow. I visited their store Tuesday and all they could tell me is "all the machines are in use". Worthless. I would rather pay more to get the book elsewhere than deal with them again.
