  • Part of the Sports Book at SLS, Umami Burger has a sporty yet comfortable feel. A short menu of appetizers and burgers (duh) but much more extensive choices of beers, wines, shots and bombs. Try the Clover Bomb, subtle and easy. The chicken fingers were sizable and fairly tasty and so were the burgers themselves. I had the Ahi Tuna burger with a side of sweet potato fries. Other than a flavoring in the avocado, I enjoyed it. They do offer a cookie and ice cream desert but I skipped it. For a December Friday night, it was fairly tame in the restaurant & casino which was a plus.
