  • BEWARE!! This place was awful. We called for a simple furnace tune up in the fall. We wanted to get our boiler oiled, cleaned and ready for the winter. Their unfriendly, unprofessional tech BROKE our vacuum AND our boiler and then lied about both. He said the boiler was broken when he came although he was down there working on it for a half hour and only told us right before he left. Not only that, but we had heat before he got there and we didn't when he left. He didn't even finish the tune up (which was probably a good thing) because when he realized he broke our boiler, he came up and said he didn't have the tools to finish and practically ran out. When I called to complain the higher ups did nothing and stuck us with the problem. Thanks for the tune up you bums!!
