  • Taking my car (2007 Honda Civic) in for routine and unexpected service is always a hassle. Since Autowits is close to my house in South Scottsdale and I had heard good reviews, I decided to try it out when my Civic needed a routine oil change and some unexpected A/C service. I called on a Friday when I noticed some issues with my A/C cutting in and out. Despite the short notice, Billy, the Service Manager, was able to get me in early the following Monday. I was greeted at my car and escorted to the waiting area where Frank (one of the owners) offered to make me coffee and I settled in to read my book (since I figured I'd be there awhile). Minutes later, I met the technician doing the work on my car. He explained everything clearly (and I am a girl with little to no car knowledge, so that was much appreciated) and assured me this would be a one-time fix. I was in and out in about an hour and my A/C is running better than ever (thankfully, since summer is fast approaching). Overall, my Autowits experience was great and I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car or just in need of service to check them out. The price was better than my typical dealer or lube shop spots and the service was honest and fast. I will definitely be a return customer!
