  • I was a little disappointed overall with the beers here. Being one of the larger breweries in the area, I was sad to see that at least 1/4 of the beers had some residual diacetyl (butterscotch, buttery flavor) from fermentation. The levels were on the low side, but that shouldn't happen in a brewery like this. That being said, their selection was good and the beers without flaws were really good. The food was very good as well. I'm still planning on going back the next time I'm in Madison to give it another shot.
