  • TL;DR Jason Harrell is a liar and crook. He rented me a property with a malfunctioning AC, and advertised new carpets when they had previously been pet soiled. Once the master bedroom heated up, it reeked of dog piss. Jason claimed they had been professionally cleaned. (despite advertising new carpets) the AC could only cool half of the house, but because it was technically "functional", Jason/landlady wouldn't do anything. After giving proper notices to have things repaired, I returned the keys to Jason's residence via process server and had them posted on his door. He claimed they were never received, and filed for an eviction. Then to make things extra slimy, he sent the eviction paperwork to the wrong address (another house owned by the same landlady) and filed it with the court so i would never recieve any notice, and have no opportunity to fight back. Watch out for this criminal. I've filed complaints with the Attorney General, I encourage anyone who has dealt with Jason to do the same.
