  • Banfield wasn't my first choice for a veterinarian for my new puppy. A friend had had a bad experience at another location and I hadn't heard anything good otherwise. But when I adopted my pup from a shelter, she needed to be seen at the vet within 72 hours for her first exam. After calling a few local vets, I realized it'd be a struggle to get an appointment with such short notice after 5pm. I chose Banfield solely for convenience and they've been great! The staff is friendly and they love my dog. The vets are very knowledgeable and are willing to spend time discussing my concerns at her appointments. The Wellness Plan has helped with the financial burden of all the vaccines a new pup requires. I may find a new long term vet once she reaches adulthood, but Banfield has been great at meeting my pup's basic needs.
