  • I am a new pet owner and without asking around much, I took my 2 months old puppy to this clinic. That was the biggest mistake I made...!! They have the worst groomers!! I explicitly explained them what needed to be done regarding my puppy's grooming but the groomers completely ignored the instructions. My puppy was shaved to his skin!!! Only half of his nails were trimmed....who knows what else they have done in those 4 hours, my little boy was shaking like a leaf when I picked him up!! The groomers sounded as if ".....they knew it all"!!! The only reason I gave them 1 star because of the vet I saw. Dr. N. She was very nice to talk to and knew what she was doing. I will never recommend this place to anyone else and will surely never ever go back!
