I've checked out about 10 apartment complexes within about a 2 mile radius, and this is the best I've found in its price range. I'm pleased with the amenities - the pools are nice and it's the only complex I've found with a decent gym, and it's accessible 24/7. The layout of the property is spacious and has a good feel to it. I've read the reviews about problems with the water shutting off, but it appears that the new property management company - Mark Taylor - has been making some progress to fix this problem. Also, I've found that this is not the only complex in the area that has had some problems water. For me this comes down to price. For a similar cost you will see a decrease in quality in some of the nearby complexes. If you want a luxury apartment in this area, you will pay at least $300 more per month on a unit, and in some places I've seen more than double the cost. I'm pretty confident I got the best for my money.
