  • Run for the hills! Choose another home improvement store, or Amazon if they offer what you're looking for. I found what I was looking for at Lowes on-line, called the store to see if I could order it, as it wasn't available in the store, and was told yes to come in to the store. There is so much more poor customer service than what is described here, but in general, two trips to the Lowes Scottsdale store and no less than 4 hours researching the item for order at 877golowes, on-line chat, products and services, and then a special order was created, they called it an SOS. I was told they would hear back in 24 hours on pricing and if they could do it. I called to follow-up with the 'Service Manager' (Gerard) today since I hadn't received a response and the sales associate (Bennie) is off for the next 2 days, and the alternate 'Manager' (Jason or James?) at first told me he couldn't find anything in the system, and then when I pushed him that an order was taken yesterday, he found it. Then he kept interrupting me and had the nerve to say to me, "If you would let me finish....". Amazon all the way! Home Depot in a pinch. Lowes Scottsdale at the Promenade, you are dead to me.
