  • So disappointing! I took the afternoon off of work to be home for their estimate and they cancelled my appointment at the last minute. I understand that emergencies come up and schedules change so I tried to reschedule my estimate for the following week for which they told me they were "booked" and wouldn't even do a courtesy to fit me in on a day that would work with my schedule. So disappointing!
