  • This place is a sloppy mess. Even if you have an appointment, be sure to drop it off for 4+ hours anyway for a 1-2 hour job. I guess if you have the first appointment of the day, you're solid. After saying they have the part and then making an appointment, I arrived to find out they didn't have the part after the diagnostic was done. So that means coming in on another day after giving the car for half a day already for the diagnostic. The customer service is also below 1 star. I was concerned about the workmanship of the car service, they checked it out and gave a quick answer out the door with no peace of mind for the customer. I believe it's because they can't handle high volume, I mean they are located right in the middle of Plaza Midwood. So thankful I found another mechanic shop to have better service and and a confident 2nd opinion for my previous car services done.
