  • Had my hair done at their previous location some time ago by Ana. I was impressed by the pictures of her work and felt I had found my new stylist. How wrong I was, there was obvious miscommunication since she did her own thing to my hair rather than what I had asked for. So I will always wonder if those pictures were really her work..... I didn't bother with asking her to fix it or posting a Yelp review at the time but here it is now. Maybe Luis has taken some customer service classes and refrains from blaming the client and being classless and rude in his Yelp responses as he has been in the ones I read.
